JBDS has recently completed the Waste Water Drainage Package on the new Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium Development. Working on the Project with Project Manager MACE and Main Contractor Morrisroe, the works have been running for 12 weeks, with completion being scheduled for mid-November.
The works consisted of shaft excavations, Timber Headings and Open cut works to construct the drainage across all aspects of the new stadium. Part of the multi Million-pound project, JBDS were engaged throughout the design process, ensuring that the best solutions were optimised.
JBDS liaised with Internal Stakeholders, Haringey Council and Residents to ensure the works were carried out with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
JBDS were originally employed directly by Tottenham Hotspur Football Club to carry out Site Investigation works. We carried out trial holes all around the existing White Hart Lane stadium prior to demolition to ascertain existing services and possible obstructions. Once these Investigations were completed, the findings were drawn up and submitted to THFC’s design team to use in initial design of new service installations.
