We identify site constraints such as railways, highways, waterways, and existing utility infrastructure including gas, water and power. We also advise on ground remediation issues and can undertake vital surveying work and site investigation works to identify potentially problematic issues such as asbestos.
A dedicated JBDS project manager will handle your project from start to finish. Liaising with one person simplifies communications and provides complete continuity throughout your project. Your project manager will create temporary and permanent work designs, liaise with all relevant stakeholders to obtain permissions, produce a scope of works, commission all surveying work (both intrusive and nonintrusive) and organise all traffic management on your behalf. The result is a clean, functioning, building site for your developer to begin work.

Ensuring Critical Path Connections Happen on Time Without the Usual Administrative Headaches
Diverting and Installing site wide utility services is a complex and sometimes problematic issue. JBDS aims to alleviate the problems associated with developer’s need to carry out this element of works.
JBDS commences work at the design stage of the process, enabling a site wide holistic approach to utilities being installed and/or diverted. Full liaison with Utility Providers, Highway Authorities, Planners and Third Party Stakeholders are all taken care of. We will design the solution, install it and manage the adoption process on completion.

JBDS were appointed by Wanda UK to undertake works at One Nine Elms.
Baltimore Wharf, E14
JBDS assisted in excavating and constructing the Dock outfalls and further tunnelling works for the drainage outfalls at Baltimore Wharf.
London Dock, E1W
JBDS were contracted by our regular client St George City Ltd, to assist them with the Multi Utility works from within their site to Times House on Pennington Street.
Chelsea Creek SW6
Construction of a new 1.5m diameter sewer run and ancillary manholes at depths varying from 6m to 14m in tidal ground.
Television Centre, W12
JBDS undertook the Deep Drainage package at the iconic BBC TV Studios in White City.
Gateway House, NW1
JBDS were appointed to deliver the Section 278 works located at Gateway House Finchley.
